JACKSONVILLE – Allen Robinson isn't guaranteed a trip to Hawaii, but he has a chance.

Robinson, the Jaguars' leading receiver and the NFL's leader in touchdown receptions through 14 games this season, was named a first alternate to the 2016 Pro Bowl. The selections were announced on Tuesday night.

No Jaguars players were named to the game on Tuesday night. The Pro Bowl will be played at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, Hawaii, on January 31, 2016.

If any of the receivers voted into the game ahead of Robinson do not play, Robinson would play in the game. Players from teams playing in the Super Bowl do not play in the Pro Bowl.

Robinson, a second-year veteran from Penn State University and a second-round selection in the 2014 NFL Draft, has 69 receptions for 1,141 yards and 13 touchdowns this season. He is 22nd in the NFL in receptions, but tied with Odell Beckham Jr. of the Giants and Doug Baldwin of Seattle for the NFL lead in touchdowns.

Robinson's 1,141 yards are seventh in the NFL and his 16.5-yards-per-reception average is second to T.Y. Hilton of the Colts among receivers with at least 1,000 yards receiving.
