Roster Moves: Jaguars Sign One and Release One on the Practice Squad

ROSTER MOVES 2023

JACKSONVILLE –The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed DL Ross Blacklock to the practice squad, the team announced today. Additionally, the team has released DL Tommy Togiai from the practice squad.

Blacklock was selected in the second round (40th overall) by Houston in the 2020 NFL Draft. Since then, he has played 40 games including 11 with Minnesota during the 2022 season. Blacklock has posted 26 tackles, nine quarterback hits, five tackles for loss, 3.0 sacks, and once forced fumble.

The Missouri City, Texas native played collegiately at Texas Christian University (2016-19) where he was named First-Team All-Big 12 during his junior season in 2019.
