The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed LB Willie Taylor III, the team announced today. Additionally, the team placed WR Jaylon Moore on Injured Reserve.
Taylor played for the XFL's Arlington Renegades and recorded 11 tackles and 4.0 sacks in the 2023 XFL season. He played for Washington State from 2017-21 prior to transferring to Eastern Kentucky for the 2022 season. At EKU, Taylor started all 12 games and totaled 37 tackles, six tackles for loss, three passes defensed and 2.0 sacks. He attended Bleckley County High School in Cochran, Ga. and was named All-State honorable mention.
