The FanDuel Fantasy Forecast

Your initial thought upon looking at the schedule and seeing the Jags hosting Denver this coming Sunday was probably, "No way, no how am I putting anybody who's playing the Broncos D on my roster." Well, hold on a minute: Last Sunday, the vaunted Denver defense allowed 30 points (!) at home (!!) to Kansas City (!!!). If the offensively challenged Chiefs can tee off on the Broncs, so can the Jaguars. Easily.

T.J. YELDON – RB – $5,000

Betcha didn't know that Denver ranks 27th in FanDuel points allowed to opposing running backs. If it turns out that Chris Ivory's hammy isn't healed by Sunday, the eminently affordable Mr. Yeldon suddenly becomes a near-must-FanDuel-play. (Note: If Ivory is healthy, he becomes the near-must-FanDuel-play, so be sure and check the injury report before you head off to brunch.)

JASON MYERS – K - $4,500

We don't have any hard and fast numbers to back this one up. We just have a sense that Myers is due for a big one against a Broncos defense that has its bend-but-don't-break moments.

NEAL STERLING / BEN KOYACK – TE – $4,500 each

If you feel like dropping big FanDuel bucks on the likes of Drew Brees and David Johnson, you'll need to find value with at least one position, and if you want that position to be tight end, consider looking to Florida. Last week, with Julius Thomas on the sidelines nursing a bad back, Jags QB Blake Bortles targeted his two backup tight ends a total of five times. If Thomas is out, either Sterling or Koyack is well worth your consideration.
