Austin Leake is entering his second season with the Jaguars. Most recently, he served as the director of player personnel at Army West Point (2023-24) where he signed a class of over 100 future cadets. In 2023, he held the same title at Eastern Illinois University.
Leake spent the 2022 season as tight ends coach at Henderson University. Leake was previously a longtime high school coach, serving as an assistant at Bowling Green High School (2015-21) before taking over as head coach at Mark Twain High School in 2021. In his one season as head coach, the team went 10-2 for the second-winningest season in school history.
Leake graduated from Northwest Missouri State University in 2015 with a degree in physical education. He then earned his Master of Education in athletic administration in 2017 from William Woods University.
