Brian Hill is entering his first season with the Jacksonville Jaguars as director of college scouting and his 17th season in the NFL.
Previously, Hill spent 12 seasons with the Los Angeles Rams, including 10 as an area scout (2015-24) and two as a scouting assistant (2013-14). For the last eight seasons, he was responsible for scouting the Midwest region of the U.S. after spending two years as the West Coast area scout.
He originally entered the league in 2009 as an intern with the Cleveland Browns' video department and went on to serve in several capacities for the Browns before joining the Kansas City Chiefs as a player development intern.
Hill also spent the 2012 season as an intern in the Tennessee Titans' personnel department.
At the collegiate level, Brian coached football at Baldwin-Wallace College as a student and graduated in 2011 with a degree in sports management.
Hill is a native of Ashland, Ohio, and graduated from Ashland High School. He is married to his wife, Chelsea.
