Jeff Kopp is in his first season with the Jaguars as personnel specialist. He spent a decade coaching football at the high school level in Jacksonville, first at Providence School (2010-17) where he served as head coach for four seasons (2013-17) and most recently at University Christian School (2018-20) coaching linebackers and special teams.
Outside of football, Kopp spent time as a patrol officer and specialized investigations detective for Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. He has also served as a financial advisor for the past 25 years with firms such as Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Cardea Capital.
Kopp played five seasons in the NFL as a linebacker with the Dolphins (1995), Jaguars (1996-98), Ravens (1998) and Patriots (1999). He played collegiately at Southern California (1990-94) where he served as a team captain as a senior in 1994.
Kopp spent four years as Pastor of Prison Ministry and First Responders Ministry at Church of Eleven22. He resides in Jacksonville with wife Alycia. They have two children, Makenzi and Cody.
