JW Jordan enters his first season with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2025 as senior advisor to the general manager/personnel strategist.
Jordan comes to Jacksonville after 13 seasons with the Los Angeles Rams (2012-24), most recently as a scouting consultant from 2021-24 after six seasons as director of draft management. Jordan originally joined the Rams in St. Louis as player personnel coordinator in 2012 and served two years as director of player evaluations, research and analysis.
From 2002–11, Jordan worked in the player personnel department of the Indianapolis Colts, where he was a member of the 2006 Super Bowl and 2009 AFC Championship teams. During this time, he gained experience in all aspects of player personnel, including college scouting, pro scouting, the salary cap and day-to-day operations.
A native of Brooklyn, N.Y., Jordan attended the University of Notre Dame from 1997-2001 and earned a bachelor's degree in finance. Jordan played football for the Fighting Irish and earned two letters as an offensive center and guard.
Jordan and his wife, Megan, have a son, John, and a daughter, Ruby.
