Mark Sirota was elevated to senior vice president of business planning and chief financial officer in May 2022, having already served as chief financial officer since 2020. He is entering his 11th season with the Jaguars. Sirota is responsible for providing integrated financial oversight across the portfolio of sports and entertainment properties owned by the Khan family, development and implementation of strategic initiatives and application of business analytics and insights across the organization.
Prior to joining the Jaguars, Sirota worked for the Boston Red Sox, where he helped to lead the company's budgeting and forecasting efforts and focused on optimizing ticket and concession revenue. He began his career at Huron Consulting Group. Sirota earned a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from Boston College and an MBA from Boston University. He and his wife, Janice, have a daughter, Isla, and a son, George.
