Max Rosenthal enters his third season with the Jaguars and first as a college scout, covering the Midwest region. He spent the past two seasons (2024-25) as a scouting assistant. Prior to joining Jacksonville, Rosenthal served as an offensive and special teams quality control coach at the University of Illinois (2023). In 2022, he was a student coach for the football program.

The Chicago-area native was a two-year starter at fullback for Michigan State University prior to spending the final year of his playing career at Illinois. He earned a bachelor's degree in advertising management from Michigan State in 2021, and a master's degree in strategic brand communication from Illinois in 2022.
