Megha Parekh joined the Jaguars in 2013 and was elevated to her current role as executive vice president and chief legal officer in May 2021. She manages the stadium development, legal, technology, security, office services and people development teams for the Khan family's portfolio of sports, entertainment and development companies. Parekh's group is responsible for all legal matters; employee training, support and development; technological systems; security and supporting local real estate development opportunities.
Since joining the Jaguars, Parekh has worked on Shad Khan's acquisition of Fulham Football Club, public-private funded improvements to EverBank Stadium (including the addition of the video boards and pools), the 2017 opening of Daily's Place, multiple naming rights partnerships, the launch of All Elite Wrestling, real estate developments around the stadium and the securing of a new agreement to reimagine the stadium and extend the Jaguars lease for 30 years. Parekh also serves on the board of the Jaguars Foundation and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and the Crisis Text Line as a crisis counselor. Parekh joined the law firm Proskauer in 2009 after graduating magna cum laude from Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
