Mickeel Stewart is in his fifth season with the Jaguars and his third as a college scout. His primary responsibility is conducting player evaluations in the Southeast region after being responsible for the Midwest area for two years (2024-25). During his first two seasons with the Jaguars (2022-2023), he helped cover parts of the Northeast and Midwest. He also assisted with player evaluations for the pro department.

Prior to joining the Jaguars, Stewart served as the assistant director of scouting and recruiting communications at West Virginia University (2021), where he led the communications department while conducting high school and transfer portal evaluations for the personnel department. In 2020, he served as a recruiting assistant at Northwestern University.

The Oswego, Ill., native graduated from Washburn University with degrees in law/legal studies and a minor in criminal justice.
