Mimi Bolden-Morris is entering her second season with the Jaguars after serving as the director of operations for women's basketball at the College of William & Mary in 2023.
Before arriving at William & Mary, Bolden-Morris spent the 2022 season as an offensive graduate assistant/assistant quarterbacks coach for the University of Michigan Wolverines. She became the first woman to join a Power 5 program's staff since Carol White in the 1980s, and the first-ever female graduate assistant in the Big Ten. That season, Michigan finished 13-1, captured the Big Ten Championship and advanced to the College Football Playoff.
Bolden-Morris earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Boston College and was a member of their basketball team. She earned All-ACC Freshman Team honors following the 2017-18 season, setting the program freshman record for three-pointers with 80.
In 2022, she earned her master's degree in sports management from Georgetown. She served as a team captain for the Hoyas from 2021-22, finishing her career as the team's leading scorer and the Big East's leader in three-pointers.
