Whitney Meyer was hired as the Jaguars' senior vice president and chief community impact officer in October 2021. In her role, Meyer is responsible for the development and implementation of the Jaguars' community impact initiatives, including operations of the Jaguars Foundation, Inspire Change and Social Justice Initiatives, and community activities in connection with local development projects.

Meyer is a Jacksonville native and a graduate of both UNF and Paxon High School. She currently serves on the Jacksonville Public Education Fund Board, JAX Chamber Hightower Fellowship Board and the World Affairs Council Board. She is also a frequent volunteer for the Friends of Boone Park South. In April 2022, Meyer was selected to the Jacksonville Business Journal's 40 under 40 list.
