I've been lucky enough to have a lot of great mentors guide me throughout my life, and I want all kids to feel that same kind of encouragement. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida helps create connections that give youth additional support to make positive choices and achieve their dreams. It's an honor to represent what BBBS means to these kids through their own words on my cleats this season.

My wife and I believe in providing educational programs to help the next generation thrive, which is why we're opening The Elsie Academy, a new bilingual preschool for children here in Jacksonville. I'm proud to represent our school on my cleats and highlight the importance of early education.

Travon is not only a teammate, but a true brother of mine and I'm so proud of his hard work in creating the Travon Walker Foundation. He and his family are making a difference here in Duval and back in his hometown of Thomaston, Ga. I'm proud to represent The Travon Walker Foundation and all that they do through the NFL's My Cause My Cleats initiative.

Volunteering with children and adults with intellectual and developmental differences always brings me joy. I'm grateful to surround myself with such high-spirited individuals and proud to represent the North Florida School for Special Education through the NFL's My Cause My Cleats initiative.

My mom, Veronica, is a breast cancer survivor. I am representing the American Cancer Society because I believe in their mission of improving the lives of people with cancer and their families. They are working to ensure everyone has an opportunity to beat cancer, just like my mom did.

Growing up with two parents who served in the U.S. Navy, I understand firsthand the sacrifices military personnel and their families make to protect our country. Their commitment to service is why I'm representing the USO on my cleats. We can never say thank you enough.

Earlier this year, I got to spend time with a great group of kids from the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund that were, unfortunately, fighting childhood cancer. I was inspired by the positivity and strength they showed in their battle, and wanted to represent the Jay Fund on my cleats in support of those kids and their families.

After being diagnosed with Type I Diabetes when I was 13 years old, I knew that I couldn't let it define me. I'm representing the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation for the second year in a row on my cleats to encourage kids living with diabetes to keep reaching for their goals.
