The Jacksonville Jaguars, in partnership with USA Heads Up Football, are hosting a moms football safety clinic at EverBank Field.
The free clinic will include education on proper equipment fitting; concussion awareness; heat and hydration; and USA Football’s Heads Up Football program.
As part of the event, moms in attendance will practice Heads Up Tackling and other football-related drills on the Florida Blue Health and Wellness Practice Fields. The event is one of a series of football safety clinics for moms. Moms should wear athletic attire.

David Caldwell is in his second year as the general manager of the Jaguars after being named to the post on January 8, 2013. A veteran of 18 years in the NFL, Caldwell spent five seasons (2008-12) with the Atlanta Falcons before joining the Jaguars. Previously with the Carolina Panthers and Indianapolis Colts, Caldwell was with teams that went to the playoffs in 13 of his first 17 NFL seasons in Carolina, Indianapolis and Atlanta. Full Bio
Dan Edwards, a veteran of 30 years in the NFL and 20 with the Jaguars, serves as the team’s senior vice president, communications. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Jaguars’ communications division, which includes public relations, digital media and broadcasting. Full Bio
Hussain Naqi was named senior vice president, fan engagement in 2013. He is responsible for the Jaguars’ marketing and branding efforts, including consumer research, television and radio rights strategy, advertising and brand management. Scott Massey joined the Jaguars organization in 2012 as senior vice president of corporate partnerships. In this role, Massey heads up the sales team responsible for securing new corporate partners, as well as the service team who ensures existing partners receive significant value for their investment with the Jaguars. Chad Johnson joined the Jacksonville Jaguars as vice president, sales in May of 2012. He was promoted to his current position in February 2013. Chad is responsible for the sales in all ticketing areas, including suites, premium seating, season tickets, and group and single game tickets. Kelly Flanagan was named senior vice president, CFO on August, 13, 2014, after serving as vice president, finance and planning since April 1, 2013. Flanagan joined the organization in 2012. She is responsible for leading the team’s financial operations, including business planning, corporate accounting and financial reporting and analysis. Full Bio
Peter Racine oversees grantmaking and other programs for the Jaguars Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the team. Racine began his career in nonprofit work as a college volunteer at Covenant House’s homeless and runaway youth shelter in New York City and went on to help begin Covenant House’s programs in Houston, Texas and Toronto, Canada.
