Guest Services Team
Our Guest Services Team consists of several groups throughout the stadium focused on helping make your game day experience as safe and enjoyable as possible. If you have a general question, comment, or concern or see a person violating stadium policy, please visit the nearest Guest Services booth or locate one of the following Representatives for assistance. Read about each company below to find out more about how the Guest Services Team is here to help you on game days.
JFRD (Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department)
Medical care is provided by uniformed Jacksonville Fire Department Paramedics and EMTs. Care is provided from three First Aid Rooms, and Medical Team Members can be seen on Bike Patrols and in a Mobile Emergency Response Vehicle.
JSO (Jacksonville Sheriffs Office)
Law Enforcement is provided by the Jacksonville Sherriffs Office. Officers are located at the entry gates, throughout the bowl seating, in the clubs, on the concourses and Sky Patio. JSO can be found at the exit gates after the game and are also in the parking lots directing traffic.

Jaguars Fan Services
Fan Services is the Jaguars service team committed to assisting you with any seating and/or ticket-related challenges as well as acting as a resource for any of your game day questions or concerns. Jaguars Fan Services representatives are outfitted in a maroon shirt, monitor various stadium sections and manage the Guest Services Booths (see Fan Guide
(PDF) for locations).

Levy Restaurants is the premium food and beverage provider at EverBank Field and services the Bud Zone, Sky Lounge, Terrace Suite, Touchdown Clubs and Luxury Suites.

Food & Beverage concessions for the main and upper concourse levels are provided by Ovations Food Services. Most locations are staffed with Not-for-profit volunteer groups who are outfitted in teal and black shirts; area supervisors wear a red and white shirt.

S.A.F.E. (Security, Athletic Facilities and Events)
Ticket Takers, Ushers, Information Specialists, Wheelchair Escorts, Elevator and Escalator Operators are all provided by S.A.F.E. Management. Frontline S.A.F.E. employees can be found wearing red shirts with their supervisors in royal blue.

SMG (Housekeeping & Parking)
SMGs role as the Facility Manager is to present a safe, clean and fully functional facility for our guests. The Housekeeping and Parking Departments are all SMG Team Members. The housekeeping department is outfitted in kelly green shirts, and the parking department can be found wearing tangerine.

SMG (Grounds Crew & Operations)
SMGs role as the Facility Manager is to present a safe, clean and fully functional facility for our guests. SMG team members include the skilled tradesmen and technicians that operate the facilities major systems as well as the Audio and Visual components. The Grounds Crew are also employees of SMG.

Jaguars Retail is the official merchandiser of EverBank Field. Jaguars Retail services all of the Jagwear stores (see Fan Guide
(PDF) for locations) as well as portable kiosks throughout the stadium and is committed to providing all of your Jaguar merchandise needs.
