Jaguars head coach Mike Mularkey has added four more coaches to his staff, bringing the number of assistants to 14 under contract. Added today were special teams coordinator John Bonamego, running backs coach Sylvester Croom, tight ends coach Bobby Johnson and wide receivers coach Jerry Sullivan.

Now in his 26th year in coaching, Bonamego spent four seasons on the Jaguars coaching staff from 1999-2002, including his final season as special teams coordinator. Bonamego, 48, spent the 2011 season as assistant special teams coach for the New Orleans Saints and previously was special teams coordinator for the Green Bay Packers from 2003-05, the Saints from 2006-07 and the Miami Dolphins from 2008-10. This is Bonamego's 14th year of coaching in the NFL.

Croom, 57, is a veteran of 20 years as an NFL coach and he has 36 years of coaching experience. For the past three seasons Croom served as running backs coach for the St. Louis Rams.  He has also coached for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Indianapolis Colts, San Diego Chargers, Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers.

Croom's experience includes 16 seasons in the Southeastern Conference, with five seasons as the head coach at Mississippi State and 11 as an assistant at Alabama. He was head coach at Mississippi State from 2004-08, and was named the SEC Coach of the Year in 2007 by the Associated Press after leading the Bulldogs to an 8-5 record and a Liberty Bowl victory.

Johnson, 38, spent the past two seasons as assistant offensive line coach for the Buffalo Bills following 15 years coaching at the college level. He began his coaching career in 1995 at Akron, where he spent four seasons before moving to his alma mater, Miami (Ohio), to coach tight ends for the first four years and the offensive line the last season. In 2005 Johnson began a five-year stint as the offensive line coach at Indiana before moving to the NFL with the Bills in 2010.

Sullivan has 40 years of coaching experience including 19 in the NFL and 21 at the collegiate level. Sullivan, 65, did not coach in 2011 and spent the offseason working with NFL players in Minnesota including Arizona Cardinals Pro Bowl receiver Larry Fitzgerald and Green Bay Packers tight end Jermichael Finley.  He previously served as wide receivers coach/senior assistant for the San Francisco 49ers from 2005-10.

Sullivan's NFL career includes stints in San Diego (1992-96), Detroit (1997-2000), Arizona (2001-03), Miami (2004) and San Francisco (2005-10). His previous 21 years of college coaching were at Kansas State, Texas Tech, South Carolina, Indiana, Louisiana State and Ohio State.
