In and Out, Week 18: Lawrence Active

W18-INACTIVES-SEPT-29

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Trevor Lawrence is expected to play Sunday.

Lawrence, the Jaguars' starting quarterback for the first 49 regular-season games before missing last Sunday, is active for the Jaguars' 2023 regular-season finale against the Tennessee Titans Sunday. The third-year veteran was not among the team's inactive players announced 90 minutes before kickoff.

Lawrence missed a victory over the Carolina Panthers in Jacksonville last Sunday after sustaining a sprained AC joint in a loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers the previous week. After not practicing in the week leading to the Buccaneers game, Lawrence practiced limited all three days of practice this past week.

He was listed as questionable on the final injury report of the week Friday.

Wide receiver Zay Jones, also listed as questionable Friday after practicing limited throughout the week, also is active. He has missed the last two games with a hamstring injury.

Wide receiver Christian Kirk, who was activated from injured reserve Saturday after missing four games with a groin injury, was among the team's inactive players Sunday. He also was listed as questionable Friday.

🚨 The Jaguars' five inactive players Sunday 🚨

  • Wide receiver Christian Kirk
  • Linebacker Yasir Abdullah
  • Guard Cole Van Lanen
  • Defensive tackle Angelo Blackson
  • Quarterback Matt Barkley (emergency third quarterback)
