The Jaguars have made four moves in their player personnel department, following the earlier promotion of Gene Smith to executive director, college/pro personnel. With Smith's expanded responsibilities to oversee both the pro and college areas, vice president/player personnel James Harris announced the following changes:

• Terry McDonough will assume the responsibility of national scout. McDonough has been serving as executive scout/East region.

• Andy Dengler will now serve as executive scout for the Midwest. Dengler had been regional scout/Midwest.

• Chris Prescott, who has been on the Jaguars staff as college/pro scout, has been named regional scout for the Northeast.

• Jake Peetz has been named scouting assistant, college/pro personnel. Peetz has previously been a staff assistant with the UCLA football program. He graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he lettered in football for the Cornhuskers as a defensive back and long snapper.
