JACKSONVILLE – Welcome to the Jaguars' playoff tracker.

Each week during the final weeks of the 2025 NFL regular season, we'll update where the Jaguars stand in the AFC South race and the AFC race.

The Jaguars (11-4), who have won six consecutive games and seven of their last eight, qualified for the postseason on Monday when the Indianapolis Colts lost to the San Francisco 49ers. The Jaguars remain in first place in the AFC South, a game ahead of the Houston Texans (10-5).

The Jaguars according to the NFL can clinch the South this weekend under the following scenarios:

  • A Jaguars victory over the Colts in Indianapolis Sunday and a Texans loss or tie against the Los Angeles Chargers (11-4) in Los Angeles Saturday.
  • A Jaguars tie against the Colts and a Texans loss to the Chargers.

The Jaguars remain seeded No. 3 in the AFC, a game behind the Broncos (12-3) and New England Patriots (12-3) for the AFC's top seed with two regular-season games remaining. The Jaguars can clinch the No. 1 seed with victories in their final two games if the Broncos and Patriots each lose one more game.

The Jaguars play host to the Tennessee Titans (3-12) at EverBank Field in Jacksonville in Week 18, with that game almost certain to be critical in terms of playoff seeding.

Here's a look at where the Jaguars stand:

Outlook: The Jaguars with Sunday's victory maintained their status as the No. 3 seed in the AFC, a game behind both the Broncos and the Patriots. The Broncos currently hold the No. 1 seed over the Patriots because of a better record in common games, with the Patriots clinching a playoff spot with a 28-24 victory over the Ravens Sunday night. The Jaguars will be the No. 1 seed if they finish in a three-way tie with the Broncos and Patriots.
