Kampman records fourth sack

  • Marcedes Lewis moved into to fifth place in franchise history with his 17th career reception of 25-plus yards.  Lewis was targeted a game-high nine times. * Mike Thomas had a career-long 49-yard punt return in the first quarter but fumbled and the ball was recovered by the Chiefs.  Thomas went without a reception for the first time this season. * Vince Manuwai made his second consecutive start at left guard in place of Justin Smiley. * Tight end Zach Potter had his first reception of the season, a 10-yard grab in the second quarter. * The Jaguars have not led at halftime in seven games this season.  They have been tied three different times (Denver, Indianapolis, Buffalo). * The Jaguars allowed an opposing 100-yard rusher for the second straight game as Thomas Jones finished with 125 yards on the ground.  Seventy of his 125 yards came on a run in the first quarter.  * The Jaguars had five plays of 20-plus yards (4 passing, 1 rushing). * Safety Courtney Greene was credited with a game-high 12 tackles. * The Jaguars have registered at least one sack in six of the first seven games. * The Jaguars lost for only the second time in the last 11 games when scoring 20-plus points.
