16x9-FullSchedule

JACKSONVILLE – The '20 Jaguars will get early division opportunities.

They'll get a late one, too.

They'll also get a prime-time home game and a Week 1 regular-season home game, with an extended stretch of November games in Jacksonville for the first time in several years.

The NFL released its 2020 regular-season and preseason schedule Thursday night, with one of the highlights for the Jaguars being a prime-time home game against the Miami Dolphins. That game will take place in Week 3 – Thursday, September 24 – at TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville.

The game will be televised on the NFL Network. It's the Jaguars' lone scheduled prime-time game in 2020.

The Jaguars open the season with two consecutive games in the AFC South, playing the Indianapolis Colts at TIAA Bank Field in the 1 p.m. September 13 regular-season opener and visiting the Tennessee Titans at Nissan Stadium on September 20.

The Jaguars following their Week 3 prime-time game versus the Dolphins play back-to-back 1 p.m. road games at the Cincinnati Bengals and Houston Texans before playing host to the Detroit Lions before a Week 7 bye week.

The Jaguars then visit the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 8 before playing three of the next four games at TIAA Bank Field: Houston Week 9 (November 8), Pittsburgh Week 11 (November 22) and Cleveland Week 12 (November 29). The lone road game in that span is at Green Bay against the 2019 AFC North Champion Packers on November 15.

They then finish December/January with three of five road games: Minnesota on December 6, Baltimore on December 20 and Indianapolis on January 3. They also play home December games against Tennessee (December 13) and Chicago (December 27).

The early part of the December schedule features three postseason teams from 2019: the wild-card Vikings, wild-card Titans and AFC North Champion Ravens. The schedule also features two teams with 13 or more victories last season: Green Bay (13) and Baltimore (14).

The Jaguars in 2020 will play four games each against the NFC North and AFC North and six games against AFC South teams. They also will play the 2019 last-place teams from the AFC East (Miami) and AFC West (Chargers).
