JACKSONVILLE – The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed OL Geron Christian (JARE-en), the team announced today. Additionally, the team has placed OL Garrett DiGiorgio on the Reserve/Injured list.
Christian, 29, was originally drafted by Washington in the third round (74th overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft. In eight years with the Commanders (2018-20), Texans (2021, 2023), Chiefs (2022), Browns (2023-24), Rams (2024), Cowboys (2025) and Broncos (2025), he has played 63 games (25 starts). All but one of Christian's 25 NFL starts have come at left tackle.
Christian, a native of Ocala, Fla., attended Louisville (2015-17) where he was a three-year starter. He started all 38 games he appeared in for the Cardinals and helped protect QB Lamar Jackson during his Heisman-winning season in 2016. Louisville's offense averaged more than 40 points and 500 yards of total offense per game that season.
