The Jaguars partnered with the Florida Lottery to celebrate more than 350 local public high school athletes at the annual DCPS Gateway Conference Awards. The ceremony honors the top athletes from across Duval County. Congrats on all the accomplishments both on and off the field to the dedicated coaches and athletes representing 17 area schools!

The Jaguars and Florida Lottery team up to bring a Literacy Locker Room to Fort Caroline Elementary School where Jaguars players Dequan Jackson and De'Shaan Dixon read to students and helped distribute 500 books.

Florida Lottery Chief of Staff, Reggie Dixon, joined the Jaguars Foundation and The Florida Lottery to support Duval County Public Schools at the annual Gateway Conference Awards Ceremony. This honorable event recognizes the athletic and academic achievements of high school athletes and coaches from Duval County public high schools!

Jacksonville students and parents heard from Jaguars employees who received Bright Futures Scholarships, discussing their roles and how the scholarship helped their careers. Jaguars Safety Andre Cisco was also in attendance and stressed the importance of education. Florida Lottery is proud to support education by contributing billions of dollars to Florida schools, enabling over 950,000 students in the state of Florida to attend college on a Bright Futures Scholarship

On National Read Across America Day, the Jaguars and Florida Lottery partnered to host a Literacy Locker Room at Englewood Elementary School to donate 500 books and gift Jaguars and Florida Lottery giveaways to K-5 students. Safety Daniel Thomas, members of the ROAR and Jaxson de Ville made a special visit to each classroom sharing on the importance of reading and education.
