Although potential playoff matchups will not be determined until the final regular season game on January 7 at 8:15 PM, the NFL requires Playoff ticket information to be provided to eligible Season Ticket Members in advance to adequately prepare for the possibility of hosting up to three games.

Pay-as-we-Play Information

  • Opting in for Pay-as-we-Play guarantees your season ticket location for any potential home Playoff game(s).
  • The applicable number of tickets and parking will be processed automatically, and the card on file will be charged. This will happen once each home playoff game is confirmed. CLICK HERE to view your playoff invoice in Jaguars Account Manager.
  • All tickets are mobile. Physical parking passes will be mailed to those with season parking.
  • Tickets will not be visible in your online Jaguars Account Manager until the game is confirmed and payment has been processed.

What is the deadline to sign up for Pay-as-we-Play?

The final deadline for Pay-as-we-Play was Friday, December 30, 2022.

As a Season Ticket Member, do I have the rights to my current seat location for the 2023 NFL Playoffs?

Yes, if you opted into Pay-as-we-Play before the deadline.

Do I have to purchase my tickets for the playoffs?

Jaguars Season Ticket Members are not required to purchase Playoff tickets.

When will my credit card be charged?

The applicable number for tickets and parking will be processed automatically, and the card on file will be charged. This will happen once each home playoff game is confirmed. CLICK HERE to view your playoff invoice in Jaguars Account Manager.

What if my credit card declines?

If your credit card is declined, the Jaguars Ticket Office will email the primary address on file. Payment method can be updated immediately online via Jaguars Account Manager, or you can contact the Jaguars Ticket office at 904-633-2000, option 1. If payment is not received prior to the deadline, your mobile Playoff ticket(s) will be released and made available for sale.

What are the dates of our potential home Playoff games?

January 14-16, 2023 - AFC and NFC Wild Card Playoffs

January 21-22, 2023 - AFC and NFC Divisional Playoffs

January 29, 2023 - AFC Championship Game

Please note, the Jaguars could qualify for a Playoff appearance as the AFC South Divisional Winner or as a Wild Card Team.

If I remit full payment for playoff tickets, how do I get a refund if the Jaguars do not host a post-season game?

You will automatically receive a refund for the playoff tickets purchased on your account.
