Holden McAbee is in his fourth season with the Jaguars and second as an area scout, where his primary responsibility is conducting player evaluations in the Southwest area. McAbee spent his first two seasons with the Jaguars (2022-2023) as a scouting assistant, helping cover parts of the Midwest, Southeast, and Northeast regions for the college department. He also assisted with weekly advance scouting reports and evaluations for the pro department.

Prior to joining the Jaguars, McAbee served as director of player personnel at Gardner-Webb University (2021), where he led the evaluations and operations of the recruiting department. Gardner-Webb's 2022 signing class featured the two highest-rated recruits in program history and was considered the best signing class in program history. In 2020, he served as a personnel assistant at his alma mater, the University of South Carolina.

The Greer, S.C., native graduated from the University of South Carolina with degrees in management and marketing and a minor in sport and entertainment management.
