Holden McAbee is in his third season with the Jaguars as a scouting assistant. McAbee assists the scouting department in various areas including creating weekly opponent scouting reports and evaluating college players entering the draft. Prior to joining the Jaguars, McAbee served as director of player personnel at Gardner-Webb University (2021) where he led the evaluations and operations of the recruiting department. McAbee was also responsible for evaluating all high school and transfer portal players. In 2020, he served as a personnel assistant at the University of South Carolina.
