Member FAQs
What does it mean to be a Jags STM?
Jaguars membership is an annual commitment that includes tickets to every Jaguars home game at TIAA Bank Field, as well as exclusive events and benefits throughout the year.
How can I share my tickets with friends, employees and clients?
You can easily send Secure Digital Tickets via text message, email or any other digital message platform. Simply log in to your Jaguars Account Manager via the official Jaguars App or desktop computer, select the game you wish to share, follow the steps to copy the link and send the link via text message, email, etc. Tickets will be available for transfer after the schedule release.
What if I cannot attend a game?
We hope that you will be able to attend all games as home field advantage starts with you, but we know that life happens and you may occasionally not be able to use your tickets for various reasons. If you are unable to attend a game, your tickets can be re-sold via the NFL Ticket Exchange, the Jaguars approved marketplace, where fans can buy and sell verified tickets. You can also donate your tickets through your Jaguar Account Manager to non-profits in the Jacksonville community (up to 48 hours before the game)
