Message from Shad Khan
Dear Jaguars fans,
Welcome to TIAA Bank Field, the home of your Jacksonville Jaguars! I hope you are as excited as I am to see the team’s continued development and improvement after the excitement we all experienced last season. While that was a great ride and it was wonderful to host a playoff game for the first time in 18 years – and play in three postseason games – we must put last season behind us and focus on the now.
What has happened on the field is just part of our story. The Jaguars’ return to winning ways was a rising tide that has lifted everything – our players and coaches, our fans and sponsors, our business community and our city. We will continue our commitment to Jacksonville and to helping this community become everything that it can be. The stadium enhancements the last few years, the opening of Daily’s Place, and the proposed development of Lot J are all part of an ongoing plan to attract people to downtown, to make the sports complex a great venue for events, and to make the fans’ experience when visiting here one of the best in sports and entertainment.
Thank you for your continued loyalty to the Jaguars, and for filling up TIAA Bank Field. Get ready for a season full of great experiences, great memories, and great fun in Duval County.

Jaxson’s age is unknown, but he was first discovered in 1993 as a stray cat living at the stadium. Since then, our fans have fallen in love with Jaxson for his unpredictable behavior and his willingness to perform stunts for their entertainment. _Be Loud _
Every team in the NFL wants their fans to be the loudest when their team is playing defense. Home teams have an advantage that comes with a loud stadium. When you see “Lock Down the Bank”displayed on the video boards, the Jaguars defense needs your support to stop the opposing team’s offense. “Lock Down the Bank” is presented by TIAA Bank.
Another opportunity to help the team will be prompted on the video boards with “3*rd*Down for What.”This message brings our fans’ attention to the fact that the Jaguars are defending against a third down play. Once again, we need our Jaguars defenders in the stands let their voices roar through the River City throughout the game, but particularly when the team’s defense is on the field.
Jaguars fans seated in the north end zone started the “Move Those Chains” chant years ago. Over the years “Move Those Chains” has become a Jacksonville Jaguars tradition. When the Jaguars advance the ball for a first down, the announcer will prompt the crowd with “that’s another Jacksonville….FIRST DOWN” while “Move Those Chains”is displayed on the video boards. In response to the announcer, fans are encouraged to chant “Move those chains! Move those chains! Move those chains! Move!” while performing the first down signal four times. “Move Those Chains” is presented by Ford.

In addition to your loaded tickets, you will have complimentary preset snacks on your club table. These snacks will be restocked throughout the game. You will also have access to the complimentary domestic beer, wine, water and soda at designated beverage areas near your seating location.
To seek assistance with questions or any problems that may develop while at the game, please visit any one of the three guest services concierge desks located within the Club. The concierge desks can be found on the ground floor (lobby entrance) and immediately outside the elevators on both the lower and the upper levels of the clubs. Jaguars Fan Experience representatives are available to assist you beginning two hours prior to kickoff, through the end of the game.
All seating in the Club lounge and dining areas is on a first-come first-served basis. Please be courteous to others by leaving or returning borrowed chairs with tables.
_Dining Features _
The Club offers a wide variety of culinary options. Fans can enjoy stadium classics like slow-smoked barbecue, carved sandwiches, or burritos bowls made to order. Traditional favorites like hot dogs, Azar Sausage and cheeseburgers are also available, and be sure to leave room for dessert at the Peterbrooke carts or Mister Softee. For a great culinary experience, the upper level will feature new menu items during each game, and you may see hand-carved meats, stadium fare and desserts.

The Field VIP Club is located on the east side of the TIAA Bank Field, entering through the Club East Gate. The Field VIP Club is a premium food and beverage seating area. To access the field seating area, please enter the stadium through the Club East entrance. You will enter the club lobby and proceed to the concierge desk where a member of the Guest Services Team will escort you through the field tunnel into your designated seat location. If you need to return to the club for any reason, a Guest Services Team Member will escort you back through the field tunnel into the club area. Additional Guest Services Team Members have been placed in the seating area so that the wait time to be escorted is shortened.
In addition to your loaded tickets, you will have access to a grab-and-go station that provides snacks and beverages. This station is located inside the field tunnel near your seating location.
Your game tickets are pre-loaded with food and beverage credits to use throughout the season. You may use your tickets to purchase food and beverage items, including non-alcoholic beverages, beer and wine. Your loaded ticket credits may be redeemed only at any Club concessions location by giving your game ticket to the concessions attendant to be scanned. You will be able to redeem up to two items per transaction.
