The Jaguars and Cox radio will be conducting an open national anthem audition with the chance to perform at a 2005 Jacksonville Jaguars game. The winner will sing the anthem at the Jaguars vs. Broncos game at Alltel Stadium on Sunday, October 2.

The contest will take place at St. John's Town Center on Saturday, July 23 at 12:00 p.m. with 175 contestants competing for the finals. Ten finalists will return on Sunday, July 24 at 3:00 p.m. to compete for the final spot.

The judges will consist of personalities from Cox radio stations News/Talk 690 WOKV, WAPE 95.1, 96.9 The Eagle, 102.9 The Point, Rock 105, and the Jaguars. Performers will be judged on accuracy, style, quality of voice, and stage presence. The contest is open to a cappella performances only.
