Barry Church - Sunday, September 30, 2018

(On how he feels to have a dominating game at home) "It felt needed. We were out last week in which we played a heck of a game, but we weren't able to put it all together for the win. This week I felt like we were able to play great on special teams, offense and defense, and we were able to come away with the W, so we can use that momentum to see that if we're focused on all three phases of the game then we're a pretty dominant team and we'll have a shot at this thing, but we have to put the work in first."

(On how long the team will enjoy this win) "Well 24 hours is usual when you get a win, but then Monday you come in and watch the film. Even though we won you know the coach is going to say something, but after that you get ready for Kansas City."

(On his feeling on the 3-1 start) "That's what coach told us at the beginning of the week, to make sure that we come, out on top like we did. Last year we were 2-2 headed into quarter number two but this year we're 3-1 and we can build momentum."

(On his thoughts on next week's game) "The secondary welcomes these games. We know they're going to throw the ball all over the place so as a secondary we've got to go out there, prove that we're one of top secondarys. They have options at every level like slot, outside receiver, tight end, running back and a quarterback that can throw it a hundred yards so that's going to be a great challenge for us, but I think we have the players that will step up and be ready for the challenge."
