Bay Street has been re-opened for fans attending Jacksonville Municipal Stadium for today's Jaguars game according to a Jacksonville Sheriff's Office statement. Fans are encouraged to leave home early, allow extra time to get to the stadium, and expect traffic delays.

All parking at the Sports Complex will be open and available as usual.
