Brunell to be honored

The Jacksonville Jaguars will honor quarterback Mark Brunell when they play their last home game of the season this Sunday against the New Orleans Saints. Head coach Jack Del Rio will name Brunell a captain, and Brunell will be introduced before the game. Brunell has not played since Sept. 21 when he was injured against the Indianapolis Colts.

"There is no blueprint to follow in handling a difficult situation like this, where there is a balance between honoring the past and moving to the future," Del Rio said. "But we want to recognize Mark and what he has meant to this organization and to this community, both on and off the field. We want Jaguars fans to have the opportunity to say thank you."
