Bud Zone open for away games

The new Bud Zone sports bar in the south end zone of ALLTEL Stadium will be open for all away games this season, beginning with the Jaguars' game at Tampa Bay on Saturday night. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m., two hours prior to the 8:00 kickoff. (During the regular season, doors will open one hour prior to kickoff.)

Away game specials include all drinks 2 for 1 and a free 24-ounce soda with the purchase of a carvery sandwich or a jumbo hot dog. There will be appearances by Jaxson de Ville and the Roar cheerleaders, as well as ticket giveaways for the Jaguars-Bills regular-season home opener on September 14. Bud Zone patrons can park for free in Lot D.

The broadcast on the Jaguars' official television station WTEV-TV Ch. 47 (Ch. 6 cable) will begin with the pregame show at 7:30 p.m. Gus Johnson and Matt Robinson will call the game action, with Ryan Elijah as the field reporter.
