The Jacksonville Jaguars today waived cornerback Chris Brown, an undrafted rookie who played on special teams in the last four games, making two tackles. He was originally signed on April 28, waived on August 31, signed to the practice squad the next day and then activated to the 53-man roster on October 8. Brown has not been replaced on the roster.
