Fan experience ranked third

The Jacksonville Jaguars ranked third among the 32 NFL teams in a fan-experience study recently conducted by J.P. Power and Associates.

The J.D. Power study surveyed 32,000 people through lengthy internet questionnaires. Fans were asked about 16 aspects of their experience, from obtaining tickets to the helpfulness of ushers. The Jaguars ranked behind only the Houston Texans and Green Bay Packers in the study.

In a Fan Experience Index, the Jaguars scored 667 out of a possible 800 points, considerably above the NFL average of 630 points.

"Our fan services group has done an outstanding job in striving to take good care of our fans," said Jaguars owner Wayne Weaver. "But great credit goes to the entire organization who interact with our fans to earn this recognition."
