The Jacksonville Jaguars activated rookie defensive end Derrick Harvey and placed tight end George Wrighster on the reserve/physically unable to perform (PUP) list, the club announced today.
Harvey, 6-5, 271, was selected with the eighth overall pick after playing three seasons at Florida. Wrighster is in his sixth season with the Jaguars and has career totals of 92 receptions for 815 yards and nine touchdowns in 62 career games. Wrighster will not count against the roster and is not eligible to practice for the first six weeks of the season.
