JAGUARS GO THROUGHTWO-A-DAYS FOR SECOND DAY

The Jacksonville Jaguars went through their second day of two-a-day practices today on the Ferrell Practice Fields. They practiced in full pads in the morning and in shoulder pads and helmets for the afternoon session.

³I¹m looking for execution and I¹m looking for the players we¹re really counting on being ready to play,² said head coach Tom Coughlin. ³The purpose of training camp is to prepare ourselves for the season ahead.²

Running back James Stewart was held out of both practices because of gastritis, and offensive tackle Leon Searcy and wide receiver Terrence Warren sat out the afternoon session with strained hamstrings.

No practices will be held on Sunday, although meetings are scheduled in the afternoon and evening. The status of Stewart, Searcy and Warren will be updated on Monday, when the team resumes two-a-days.
