JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Building upon the excitement brought to Jacksonville by new Head Coach Urban Meyer and the anticipation of the top pick in the upcoming NFL Draft, the Jacksonville Jaguars today kicked off the 2021 season ticket renewal campaign, giving members their first chance to secure an ownership stake in the new era of Jaguars football.

Demand for 2021 season tickets is at an extreme high. The Jaguars ticketing department continues to outpace previous seasons and has received eight times the number of new deposits typically made during a traditional sales cycle. With this energy in mind along with optimism surrounding the steady increase in vaccinated individuals, the Jaguars are distributing tickets with an expectation that TIAA Bank Field will return to full capacity.

"After this past year, I think we all have a newfound appreciation for the collective emotion you can only experience as part of a live sporting event crowd," said Chad Johnson, Jaguars senior vice president of sales and service and chief content officer. "As we kick off season ticket renewals, the health and safety of our fans, stadium employees and team remain a top priority. We're executing a plan to reunite and rally around Jaguars football this fall, and, as we did in 2020, we will continue to work alongside local government and medical experts to ensure we're doing what's best for our community."

Many of the health and safety protocols that were introduced to TIAA Bank Field in 2020 will continue indefinitely. This includes increased points of entry to reduce lines, touchless entry procedures such as mobile ticket scanning kiosks, cashless concessions and mobile ordering and enhanced sanitization procedures.

The launch of the 2021 season ticket campaign begins today with the renewal process. Existing season ticket members, including those that paused their account in 2020, will receive a renewal notice via email with a link to their Jaguars Account Manager. These individuals have until Friday, April 9 to elect to renew before their seats are released and made available for existing member relocation and for purchase by new season ticket buyers.

Average renewal season ticket price will increase 7.2 percent in 2021; however, two-thirds of all seats up for renewal will see a price increase of $4 or less per game. General bowl season tickets will begin as low as $41 per game for renewing members. Loyalty pricing remains in effect for the sixth year in a row, ensuring renewing members always pay less than new buyers, and flexible payment plans up to six months long are still available. The Jaguars expect the 2021 average ticket price to remain in the bottom eight of all 32 teams. Should the NFL proceed with adopting a proposed 17th regular season game, no adjustment to season ticket packages will be needed beyond current renewal invoices.

The NFL has yet to determine the feasibility of the International Series restarting in 2021 after pausing in 2020 due to COVID-19. The Jaguars currently do not have an agreement with the league to play an annual home game in London, as the team did from 2013 to 2019. Should the Jaguars be asked to play a home game in London in 2021, season ticket members will receive appropriate account credit.

Following the renewal period for existing members, deposit holders will then have the opportunity to select their seat locations followed by new buyers. Single game tickets are expected to go on sale later this spring once the NFL releases the final 2021 schedule. In addition to their AFC South division rivals, the Jaguars' 2021 regular season home schedule include the Bills, Dolphins, Cardinals, 49ers and Broncos.
