JAGUARS MAKE PRACTICE SQUAD CHANGE

The Jaguars have released DE Troy Bailey from the practice squad

and have signed WR Darran Hall to the practice squad.

Hall, 24, was selected in the sixth round of the 1999 Draft by the

Tennessee Titans and was waived on August 25th. He played for

two seasons at Colorado State, leading the team in receptions with

44 as a senior after transferring from Grossmont Junior College.

Hall, 5-8 and 170 pounds, is a native of San Diego, Calif. and was

also drafted in the seventh round of the 1993 Major League Draft

by the Cincinnati Reds.

Bailey had been on Jacksonville's practice squad since November

  1. He was originally signed as an undrafted rookie in 1996 by

Detroit, and he spent the 1997 training camp with Atlanta. He spent

training camp in 1999 with the Washington Redskins and was on

Kansas City's practice squad earlier this season.
