The Jaguars have waived rookie free agent quarterback Jimmy Blanchard and signed DT Antonio Mays and TE Lawrence Hart. Mays, 6-2, 288, is a rookie from Southern Univesrity who was at last weekend's minicamp as an unsigned workout participant. Hart, 6-4, 260, is a first year player from Southern University. The Jaguars currently have 90 players on the roster.
