Jaguars Make Roster Moves

The Jacksonville Jaguars signed center/guard Drew Miller and waived first-year linebacker David Holloway, the club announced today.

Miller, 6-5, 303, was signed by the club as a rookie free agent in 2008 out of Florida. He spent the first seven weeks on the club's practice squad before he was promoted to the active roster on October 30 where he finished the season. He was inactive for eight games and dressed but did not play in the regular season finale at Baltimore. He was waived on June 17.

He started 31 of 39 games at Florida and started on the 2006 national championship team along with current Jaguars Derrick Harvey and Reggie Nelson. A native of Sarasota, Fla., he attended Riverview High School where he played football and also competed in track and weightlifting.
