Jaguars Prepare for Miami

The Jacksonville Jaguars began their regular in-season practice routine this afternoon at the practice fields at Jacksonville Municipal Stadium. The practice session was cut short due to inclement weather and lightning. The Jaguars will practice on Friday at 10:15 a.m. in preparation for Saturday's home preseason matchup with the Miami Dolphins.

"I thought it was a good business-like training camp where guys came in ready to work," said head coach Jack Del Rio of his team throughout training camp. "They recognize the amount of work we have to do so it's been solid from that standpoint. It's been a good solid camp, and now we're out of camp mode and now we're getting into more of our regular routine, one-a-day practices, meetings and what-not as we prepare for the regular season."

The Jaguars will host the Miami Dolphins on Saturday, August 16 in their second preseason game at Jacksonville Municipal Stadium with kickoff at 7:30 p.m. The game will be televised live in Jacksonville on WTEV CBS 47, and on the Jaguars Radio Network on WOKV AM & FM (690, 106.5).

Paul Burmeister will handle the play by play and Tony Boselli will serve as the color analyst for the telecast for the second consecutive season. For the sixth straight season together, Brian Sexton and Jeff Lageman will call the game on the Jaguars Radio Network.

The Suddath Pregame Show will begin at 6:30 p.m. on WOKV AM & FM (690, 106.5) and the Jaguars Radio Network. The Coggin Pregame Show, hosted by Brent Martineau, will air at 7:00 p.m. on WTEV CBS 47.
