The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed cornerback Kevin Devine to a new contract. Devine was an undrafted rookie who made the 1997 squad over four veteran defensive backs and played in 12 games. For the season, he made eight tackles (seven solo) on defense and nine tackles on special teams. Devine, 23, was a four-year starter at the University of California.
The Jaguars' current roster remains at 65 players.
