Jaguars guard Vince Manuwai, who was a restricted free agent, signed his tender offer today. Quarterback Quinn Gray, center Brett Romberg and cornerback David Richardson, who were exclusive rights players, also signed their tender offers.
Manuwai, 25, started all 17 games including the playoff game for the Jaguars last season at right guard. The 6-2, 312-pound guard has started 46 of his 47 games with the Jaguars after being drafted in the third round of the 2003 NFL draft out of Hawaii.
Gray, 26, saw action in his first NFL game in 2005 in the season finale against Tennessee. The 6-3, 240-pound quarterback completed eight of 14 passes for 100 yards and two touchdowns. He has spent the past three seasons with the Jaguars after signing as an undrafted rookie free agent in 2002 out of Florida A&M.
Romberg, 26, was inactive for four games last season. The 6-2, 298-pound center is in his third season with the Jaguars after signing as an undrafted rookie free agent out of Miami.
Richardson, 24, saw action in seven games for the Jaguars last season and recorded four tackles on defense and four tackles on special teams. The 6-1, 202-pound cornerback is in his third season with the Jaguars after being signed as an undrafted rookie free agent in 2004 out of Cal Poly.
