The Jaguars have re-signed RB Stacey Mack, a restricted free agent who has spent the last three years with the team. The Jaguars also signed WR Ellis Spears and LB Conner Stephens to contracts and waived WR Nakoa McElrath and LB Merceda Perry. Spears was one of five players who attended last month's minicamp on a tryout basis. He is a 6-1, 183-pound rookie from Grambling. Stephens is a 6-4, 250-pound undrafted rookie from Mississippi State who was converted from defensive end to linebacker.

McElrath and Perry, both undrafted rookie free agents, had originally been signed on April 21. The Jaguars' roster is still at 92 players. Every player is signed with the exception of the nine draft choices.
