JAGUARS RELEASE GRAHAM, RE-SIGN CHRISTOPHERSON

The Jacksonville Jaguars today released running back Roger Graham and re-signed fullback Ryan Christopherson.

Graham, 23, a first-year pro, had limited playing time on special teams in Sunday's victory over Pittsburgh. He played in all four preseason games, rushing 13 times for 39 yards and one touchdown.

Christopherson, 24, had been released in the final cuts on August 25. He was originally drafted in the fifth round of the 1995 draft. As a rookie, he plyed in 11 games, rushing 16 times for 16 yards. He scored the first rushing touchdown by a running back in franchise history last October 1 in Houston. Christopherson was the team's leading scorer in the 1995 preseason with three touchdowns. He carroied the ball just three times for four yards this year.
