Jaguars running backs to host Thanksgiving events on Tuesday

The Maurice Jones-Drew Foundation will host 50 children from 2nd Mile Ministries on Tuesday at EverBank Field at 5:00 p.m. for a special holiday celebration. The foundation paid for the use of a charter bus to transport the group to EverBank Field. The group will be served a Thanksgiving meal courtesy of Levy Restaurants in the West Touchdown Club, followed by a private behind-the-scenes tour by Maurice Jones-Drew of the Jaguars locker room, weight room and playing field. Fullback Greg Jonesand his wife, Dana, purchased and will be serving a traditional Thanksgiving meal to 50 children at the Hubbard House for lunch on Tuesday.  In addition, the Joneses have purchased 50 additional meals to feed the families that live at the facility on Thanksgiving Day.  The meals will be provided by Sonny's BBQ.  The Jones family will be serving the meals beginning at 11:30 am.  Due to the sensitivity of the Hubbard House location, please contact Community Relations Coordinator Ashley Johnson at 904-354-0076 ext. 212 in advance for directions.
