The Jacksonville Jaguars today signed offensive tackle Andrew Carnahan to the practice squad and waived offensive tackle Ryan Gibbons. Carnahan, who was waived in final cuts on Sept. 1, was one of three seventh-round draft picks of the Jaguars in the 2007 NFL Draft.
