The Jaguars have signed LB Victor Ellis to a contract and waived LB Donny Green.
Ellis, 22, is an undrafted rookie free agent who was a two-year starter and four-year letterman at Alabama. He is 6-1, 235 pounds and is a native of Chattanooga, Tenn. Green is a first-year player who was signed off the Dallas Cowboys' practice squad last December. He played in two games last season, one for Jacksonville and one for the Washington Redskins.
